None tourist suburb and all the better for that.

A distance from Cologne centre but easily reached by both train and underground/tram. Well located for the exhibition centre as the train stops outside the Messe.

Lovely breakfast. The front desk could not find our room when we checked in. We ended up having to put two bed s together and have our daughter sleep with us. The. The next morning they had found our room at checkout. We were not too happy starting our trips that way. Driving through Germany to Paris.

The owner made us comfortable.

Initially had a problem of access to our room as the reception was closed and had to wait in the freezing cold till such time that Management could get someone to come and open the night gate for us. The room was also freezing cold as the management had not switched on the heat for us. It took more than an hour for the room to get somewhat warm. The next day the owner Mr. Klaus apologized and bought us an electric heater and also made arrangement for us to enjoy the breakfast. Very good service by him.

Front desk crews was very helpful. We left our passport in the room safe, they called us and go all way out to courier it from hotel to Berlin.

Great pick!

The hotel is comfy, lovely, and the staffs are friendly. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Only one complaint on neighborhood. Just quite far from town & away from everything. Quiet & seems safe, though.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Spontan eine Nacht zu verlängern wurde möglich gemacht. Frühstück sehr lecker. Für Veganer gibt es auf Nachfrage Milch-Alternativen für's Müsli. S-Bahn Station ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und so kommt man schnell nach Köln Messe/Deutz oder nach Köln.
