The place smells. The employees smoke outside the side door, this fills the hallways and elevator with cigarette smoke. The towels, sheets and shower curtain all had stains. The towel rack was falling off the wall. I would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly. However the first room we receieved was filthy including blood on the bed. They kindly switched us rooms. The new room did have clean linens but the shower was disgusting & inoperable and the nightstand had a burn in it.

If you’re looking for Quality don’t let the name fool you. The bathroom sink would not drain. In the shower there was hair on the shower wall. The floor of the tub had dirt on it. The toilet basin drained all night. The complimentary breakfast consisted of waffles, bagel, toast and apples.

Thew first room we went to there was no cable or tv. They moved us rooms and when you sit on the toilet it moved like it was going to fall over. The hot water never got hot so you had to take a cold shower.
