Pee on the toilet. Dirty rag left in the room. Loud fridge. No really hot water for shower. Definitely wasn't vacuumed. Dirty mirror. Do they not pay their cleaning staff well enough?? Perhaps if they did, the cleaning staff would actually CLEAN!

This hotel needs updated photos. This is a classic bait and switch type of deal. Old, run down, needs updates badly. Little to no hot water, Stains on furniture, fixtures falling off the walls,toilet wouldn't flush with out help. I will say the staff was nice that's about all this place has going for it. When we checked in we were also advised they had stopped offering breakfast. Not that it mattered for our staff but the indoor pool is also closed until further notice.They need to adjust the listing on hotels.com to tell you that in advance. I would advise staying away from this place until they get it together.

The staff was very nice, but that was the extent of my positive experience. I was sad that after checking in we learned the pool was broke. My little 5 year old was so excited to swim. Then we get to the elevators and there is built up dirt around the door. The room did not look very clean. The walls had patches on them. The shower walls were patched all over. The tub was either very stained or dirty. The plug to make a bath would not go down because of the soap scum build up. The carpet left stains on my socks. I found hair in my bed. (Animal and human) My son went to shower and there was three roaches. Unless you are desperate I would stay somewhere else.

They definitely need to scrub the tub. The flooring in the bathroom is very uneven and missing grout on the tiles. These TVs didn’t work but was too tired to go get something else

Convenient location. They lied about having breakfast andvlied about using the swiming pool. They said waiting on an inspection, just wasnt true. The bathrooms were not in good conditions, the showers mostly leaked water all the way into the room. What a mess. Oh well, i used extra towels and the price was reasonable. They did open the pool eventually.

The place is old tired and it has been through the wringer! From the toilets not full flushing, sink wouldn’t drain. I couldn’t turn on the faucet to the bathtub it was frozen to shower use. The rusty 5 lights above the mirror didn’t turn on. And that’s just the bathroom…!

No breakfast and the pool was closed. The couch in our room was stained and our toilet didn’t work correctly. We didn’t stay 20 minutes before checking back out and finding another hotel. The staff was friendly.

I booked this stay for a work trip. After checking in I asked what time breakfast was only to be told they weren’t serving breakfast that week, Also found out pool, laundry room, and elevator were all out of service that week. I booked specifically to use those Amenities for my limited work allowance. No partial refund, no allowing me to book another hotel. I was stuck and went way over budget having to go other places to use the amenities that should have been included in my stay. Staff was nice and beds were comfortable. Next time I’ll make sure I have access to everything before checking in.
