The beds need replacing. Too soft and bed’s wonky. Single beds are not good, king single a better option. The cups are terrible. Probably just a couple of good coffee mugs would be a better option, Small things that can make a difference. There is a fair bit of road noise, but that’s to be expected on a main road. The staff very nice and the room was very clean. it was really appreciated they let us park on the lawn with a trailer. It’s a safe area. The new blinds also were good to look out and provide privacy. And kept the room dark at night. Shower was excellent, good water pressure and good sized bathroom. If the beds were better I would definitely stay again.

Staff were so friendly. I booked only a few hours before I arrived, they upgraded me to a spa room and let me check out late. Great location, walking distance into main street and Botanic Gardens. Main room is a bit old but very clean and bathrooms have been renovated.

The best motel that we stayed at during our 17 day trip. Everything about our room was perfect. The management was fantastic! We had to extend 2 extra nights and the manager went out of his way to accommodate this at a special price. We can thoroughly recommend this motel. Des & b Bev.

An older style motel but spotlessly clean, comfy bed, a beautifully renovated bathroom with a great shower and an easy walk to the lake, to pubs and eating spots. Perfect spot for an overnight.

The worst hotel in colac

payment was made and was never allowed to save the premises due to prior hotel problems found it very disrespectful to travel all the way there and not here I would have access to it accommodation

Our room was really spotless and all in good order. What looked like a newly renovated bathroom and the kitchen items such as kettle and toaster looked new. Small points such as the dinner plates were clunky and heavy and old. Queen bed was comfortable. Aircon worked well. No complaints.
