Guests have full access to the main home, backyard, and attached two-car garage.

The property also includes a private studio apartment, and each space has its own separate entrance. The main home is accessed through the front door, while the studio apartment has its own private entry.

The layout allows for a comfortable sense of space and privacy throughout your stay.

Important Policies & Notes

- Parking Policy:
The garage fits 2 cars max
Parking is only allowed on the blacktop driveway
No parking on the grass or landscaped areas — violators may be fined
The driveway can accommodate up to 12 vehicles comfortably

- Guest & Event Policy:
Maximum occupancy: 60 guests.
Overnight or day-use guests exceeding 10 people will be charged $50 per person, per day.
Events over 20 guests require pre-approval.
No weddings or large gatherings permitted without prior approval.

- Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Check-out instructions must be followed. Guests can opt out for a $100 fee (24-hour notice required).
Propane is not provided. Guests may bring their own or refill available tanks in town.

- Security & Property Rules:
3 security cameras are located above the garage, and sides of house for security purposes.
