Come escape with us and bring your friends and family. This home is ideal for groups and reunions to create new and lasting memories. This great house is located minutes from the Empire Polo Fields, home to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festival. The home has an open floor plan with tons of amenities; heated sparkling pool and spa, pool table, ping pong table, BBQ island, just to list a few. We look forward to having you as our guest. Note we have 3 homes within a 2 min walk Permit #B-1004698

Amazing, backyard with lots of seating: dining table under the pergola, high top table, cabana or loungers in the newly built pool. This home offers an open floor plan with the great room which features ample seating and a 75" flat Screen television. The open concept kitchen has a large bar area with barstools and flows to the beautiful dining area. The downstairs offers 1 bedroom and an office area with accordion style doors to provide privacy with two twin beds and a shared full bathroom. 5 additional bedrooms located on the 2nd floor along with the laundry room and two full bathrooms. The garage has been converted into an game room area with pool table and ping pong table, seating and flat screen television. The back yard offers plenty of seating and plenty of covered areas with a covered patio, a gazebo and also has plenty of lounge chairs and a BBQ island with propane and a sink as well as lots of games.

Other things to note
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT- We do our best to accommodate early check in and late check out requests. It is a $75 fee, as this is our the cost to get extra cleaning staff to expedite the home properly or complete linen service offsite. *All requests must be submitted prior to 8:30pm, the evening before departure.*

There are so many bedrooms, perfect for everyone to have some privacy on an 8 guys golf trip! Pool was super nice and the kitchen and living room area was large enough to accommodate us. I highly recommend it.

Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Had 7 golfers staying in this house and another 7 staying in another house nearby. Living room and kitchen area were more than adequate to host us all when we decided to get together for a game of poker or just hang out. Some of the guys also loved playing ping pong in the garage. Annual motorbike trip

House has everything you need for a vacation or get away. Pool and spa was great, home is located close to restaurants. For us it was great location for day rides: First day, around the Salton Sea, Second day, Palm Desert hiway 74 up the mountain back to Palm Springs through Banning. Third day, Box canyon and through Joshua Tree Park. There was 5 of us all in our 60’s. We had a great time, thanks to Anna and her team our experience was excellent!! I highly recommend her home for a relaxing get away with Friends or Family.

We stayed here as a family for the three day weekend. We had two kids, two teenagers, three young adults, four parents and 1 grandparent. This was a perfect home! It has two bedrooms downstairs (great for grandma who can’t take stairs). The kids enjoyed the bunk room. The young adults and parents all had their own rooms. So the layout was perfect. We all had fun swimming, playing games in game room and hanging out. The backyard was perfect. W barbecued two meals and the set up was great. It has the barbecue, two outdoor burners, a work counter, sink and trashcan.There’s also a table by the barbecue so whoever is cooking isn’t by themselves. All of our other meals we made in the kitchen ad we had all the supplies we needed. We paid to heat the pool and spa and that we very easy to do. The meds were comfortable. It was great home to host our family gathering! Thank you!
