The grand entryway features a 20 ft vaulted ceiling and refrigerated wine wall that can be pre-stocked for your enjoyment. Intentional in its design, the home’s open floor plan accommodates large groups, with oversized furnishings, a large tech-forward kitchen, and an impressive, see-through fireplace that connects the living space to the game room and bar. Outside, the pool house features a spacious living area, bathroom, gym, and bar. Sleeping arrangements include 5 en-suite bedrooms and a guest house with 3 extra bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a living room with a wet bar. This a place that accommodates all your loved ones.

- Guests will be asked to sign a property waiver prior to their stay.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested before your stay.
- Pool heat fee is $400/day.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 86°.
- Please call AvantStay to request to book if your desired check-in is less than 72 hours away.
- Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
