Stay was great but the thermostat in the room did not work. It was 10 degrees outside but we could not get the room temp below probably 78 even though set to 66. Finally just turned the unit off and it slowly cooled down.

We loved everything about our stay. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and very well laid out. The entire hotel seemed new and shiny. All of the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Hotel is going down hill

My family always stays at this hotel so this trip was a disappointment to say the least. The plugs by the bed didn’t work, the A/C unit smelled of mold and my entire family woke up stuffy and sick feeling, the bathroom fan didn’t work. The TV in the room worked after playing with the plugs but if you adjusted it at all, the service went out again. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was alright. The coffee is watered down. I’m sad to see this hotel going down the drain as it was one of the last nice ones in Warrensburg.
