The Comfort Inn had a very friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast and was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to I-71. We went to Cleveland for a memorial service, and requested early check-in. Our room was ready when we arrived at 11:00am!

Perfect property for a family stay. We were here for a soccer tournament, and the kids loved the pool and spacious rooms. The hotel looked newer, and we liked the fact it was tucked behind some shops, but was also very accessible to multiple dining options.

The location was great for what we were in Ohio for. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was great. The hotel and room did have a few maintenence issues though. The back of the bathroom door had a hole in it were there should of been a hook. They need to put the hook back on or patch and paint the door. The ceiling had cracks in it as well. The balcony screen door was also missing. The Iron in the room was also broke but they promptly replaced it when we asked for a new one. Overall we enjoyed are stay there though. It does need some maintenence though.
