Conveniently placed

Just a short two night stay while traveling to and from Singapore. This hotel and staff are well placed and organized for just this type of trip. It's always my prefered place to stay.

Great place

This was a great place if you are going into or out of the airport. Service was incredible, the room was great and food was also wonderful. There is not much around the hotel at all! We were able to ask at the front desk about getting a driver for the day for a 5 to 6 hour tour around Jakarta and that was wonderful! Highly recommended!

Very close to the Jakarta's International Airport. The hotel provides the bus shuttle to the Airport every 1 hour. The staffs were very helpful. Definitely will stay again in the future. Thank you.

Lack of bottled water in the room, only 1 small bottle per adult. Also no water available in reception or anywhere unless you purchase a bottle from the restaurant. Toilet did not flush correctly or efficiently. Majority of food served at breakfast buffet was not warm enough and that goes for restaurant food that I ordered also not hot enough temperature. I did ask for my food to be served hot when ordering but never came warm. Buffet food was too salty and chicken in both buffet and menu was dry and hard.

Still great.

This is my go-to place to stay if I am traveling outside of Indonesia. The staff is well versed in travelers needs and will offer helpful suggestions. There is a good selection of food and drinks available in several different restaurant settings. My favorite is the rooftop with great views. This trip was my first since the pandemic and I am thrilled that FM 7 is still great and remains my favorite travel hotel.

We stayed at FM7 Resort near Jakarta Airport for two nights, and our overall experience was excellent! The hotel provides airport transfers and breakfast, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to Operation Manager Erwin—when we were about to leave, he saw us from afar and immediately opened the door for us, asking if we needed any assistance. We had originally booked the 1 PM airport shuttle, but after checking out, we decided to head to the airport earlier. He quickly arranged it for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transfer. His service exceeded my expectations! We would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend FM7 Resort and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Jakarta!

I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Everything was very well run including our pickup at the airport. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We had a late flight out the day we checked out. We were allowed to store our bags, use the internet and the pool facilities until we had to leave. I booked the same property on our return trip at the end of our stay. I feel like this property offers excellent value for the money. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable!
