Toilet didn’t work, asked to fix to be told a maintenance would come never did during two days of stay. Breakfast ran out of hot food and staff eating whilst this in a side room. Told I would get back $50 on leave however was given a voucher!

We arrived slightly before check in, but staff was friendly and offered us a snack gift for the kids while we waited. We stayed at the second property so a short walk to the pool, but it was clean and refreshing. We were upgraded to a larger room free of charge and loved the space. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast had great options.

Love this hotel as it’s very quiet. Room was comfortable but unfortunately our air conditioner wasn’t working well but we were able to get along without it as it was cool outside. Front desk was slow as only one of the girls was helping guest the other was on the phone.
