The security latch on the door was missing. The bedspread smelled like an ashtray. Jimmy-rigged wiring behind the bed would not stay plugged in, cutting power to the light and radio alarm clock, which didn’t even work. The phone didn’t work. The bathtub had a rusty spot on the floor. The sink wasn’t even cleaned, and the parking lot was so full of glass. It was hard to even take my dog out to walk. There was also miscellaneous ripped pieces of cloth screwed to the wall near the ceiling in one spot for no apparent reason. And last, but not least, when showering, the tub would not drain and it would just fill up with water. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

we were in town for our daughters softball tournament. the staff at the front desk was fantastic. parking was fine. the only thing i would change is possibly some cosmetic updates. it was a little dated. it did feel like i was at a hotel in the early 90's. other than that we enjoyed our stay

We paid $20 per dog per day and there was no place to potty the dogs as the grounds had limited grass and what grassy area there was, was full of stickers. We had to pull stickers out of the dog’s feet. There were no potty bags and trash can. The room was nice and clean. The service and staff friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate that. We were here for a four day dog show.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying that the pool was closed and that was the reason for booking the hotel was the pool. Second thing was the room was disgusting and smelt horrible. Third is that the water smelt horrible and was also brown. Fourth was that the air didnt work and the vents are filled with mold. Dead bugs in the corner. The hotel smelt like something died in it and they tried to cover it with bleach. We ended up leaving early because we all were sick and my daughter was the worst. The mini frige was broke, microwave kept locking when it was finished cooking and you had to unplug it to get it unlocked to get your food out. When I tried to go to the desk at night to ask about any of it, nobody was there. The breakfast I'm sure was left overs because I was sick to my stomach all day throwing up, had the sweats and chills, or they are not keeping it at the correct temperature while sitting. We had to leave so we didnt get sicker than we were. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE. I am demanding a refund, the hotel will not respond. Its either a refund or hospital bills ( which my insurance is not in network with the hospital I went to) because of breathing issues from my daughters asthma flaring up over mold. This was a disgrace, expedia should be ashamed of listing it on their site.

This hotel was very dirty!! When we went in the room that was on the very back of the building the room smelled terrible and the tub had lots of hair in it!! We asked for a different room and that room was worse!! The light didn’t work and when we flushed the toilet the handle fell out!! At this point we demanded our money back and didn’t stay!! Would never recommend this hotel!!
