Exquisite Thai style hotel white lotus 2.0

Amazing beach hotel with a large suite friendly staff very willing to help at every turn in corner. I love the hot tub with the view of the city in the background of the mountains. There’s even a cute 24 hour snack bar with fresh fruit and sliced pieces of poundcake coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. There’s also toast, butter, jams, and an assortment of candies and snacks but the real winner was the staff and how sweet they are

Hotel molto bello, la zona un pò meno, suite molto grande pulita e bella, tuttavia non ho gradito il fatto che non ho potuto utilizzare la vasca da bagno poichè al momento della fuorisucita dell'acqua sono usciti tutti pezzi neri sinonimo che non c'è manutenzione idrica dell'impianto. Per il resto dettagli molto belli, letto molto grande, potente condizionatore.

The pictures made the overall condition look nicer and newer. It feels kinda old. However, my room was nice and unique. The padio bathroom and jacuzzi was an awesome touch. The staff was great. We ordered room service when the kitchen staff wasn't there so they ordered out for us and brought it to our room. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh flowers on the bed. I actually feel in love with the place more every day we stayed. My wife and i stayed for 3 days.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, um z.B. zum Night Market zu kommen ist daher immer ein Taxi/Tuk Tuk empfehlenswert. Das Hotel hat absolutes Potenzial und besticht mit schickem Design. Leider wirkte es bei unserem Aufenthalt dort als würde es etwas mehr Pflege und Reinigung benötigen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß und auch das Bett war bequem. Auch das Badezimmer mit Whirlpool war sehr groß, aber wir hätten uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Enttäuschend war leider das Frühstück! Es gab nur ein sehr geringes Angebot und die angebotenen Speisen wirkten und schmeckten (z.B. das Brot) nicht sehr frisch. Hier hätten wir uns für den Preis mehr erwartet.

重厚な趣で雰囲気は良いが、設備がとても古く、ドアや窓の隙間から虫が入ってくる。ジャグジーバスはあるが、暖かいお湯がなかなか出てこなく、ほとんど使用出来なかった。部屋はとても広く、立派な調度品も沢山飾ってあったが、床のカーペットやクッションは古く、清潔感がなかったのが残念。ホテルが出来た当時は、きっと素晴らしく豪華なホテルだったと思う。

Nice and quiet, 5 minute drive from the city

Overall the accomodation was pleasing. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very attentive. The only thing that was pretty inconvenient was that I was meant to be picked up at the airport, and that never happened. The hotel staff said that there was a driver there and waited an hour... but they waited too early. My flight arrival was communicated prior to my travels and was on time. I was out and waiting as soon as I could’ve been out. My advice is for the hotel to perhaps check on times etc for flight arrivals as I ended up being stranded at the airport for over an hour looking for the person who was going to pick me up... I ended up getting a taxi to the hotel which cost me 150THB. Aesthetically the only thing I can recommend is to change the carpet as it was quite stained. But overall I was pretty happy with my stay :-)

整座酒店有需要翻新、有很多地方已經很舊、房內不夠清潔、洗手間有異味、漏水情況、房間門鎖很困難開關、插入鎖匙後很難取出
