The staff were very courteous and our room had everything that we needed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The only downside was some of the tourists staying. They were loud and tried to enter the lift before the people inside could get out.

We booked a family room and it was very clean and spacious. It was nice having the extra bedroom. I loved this hotel and really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evening. I would definitely come back here!

The room was clean and staff were professional and service oriented. As there were three of us staying in the room, I had expected the extra bed to be placed in the room when we checked in the evening. Nevertheless the staff were swift in getting ready the extra bed. Felt the lift was rather small and had to wait for a while in the morning before we could enter the lift. The hotel is located to next to the night markets, very convenient if you are doing last minute shopping.

Dusit rooms are decent for a normal stay. Staff are friendly. Services are good. Loved their cocktail buffet. Walking distance to everything you need. Bustling area. Only thing bathroom shower area water flow is slow, so water can flow out if not careful.

We had 3 rooms for us. Those rooms were clean. Staff were very professional and polite. The only thing I probably need to mention that there was one of the shower did not drain properly, cause the bathroom flooded. I complained and the staff quickly resolved the problem by changing the room for us. The area is very convenient. I don’t mind to come back here again.
