Cheyenne Guest Inn – Always Exceptional!

I stay at the Cheyenne Guest Inn often for business trips, but I always bring my family and our therapy dogs along. The service here is consistently exceptional — the staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are always spotless, which is especially impressive for a pet-friendly hotel. They even provide designated areas for the dogs and offer treats and a warm smile every time we arrive. The location is convenient and makes traveling for work easy while still being comfortable for my family. For anyone looking for a clean, accommodating, and pet-friendly place to stay in Cheyenne, this is absolutely the best choice!

This really is an understated little gem as described by others, BUT our stay was marred by the US helicopter base nearby flying over the area 2 or 3 times into the early hours, which kept waking me up; train track nearby didn't help either - an investment in some kind of further soundproofing may be required (?) We know there is a local protest to stop the base late night flights over populated areas of the town! Despite that, great value - I mean, it's not the Hilton, but superb for the money.

Good value for the area. Noisy initially (trains, Interstate noise), but with the fan on, you don’t notice as much. Unfortunately, the people above us came in quite late and woke us up with constant banging on the floor and heavy footsteps. Sad, as the bed was super comfy. Good shower and plenty of hot water. They could use a second luggage trolley.

This was a good stop for the money. It’s right off the freeway, the staff was excellent, the room clean and the bed comfortable. The access from my car to the room was excellent. It’s an older building and right by the railroad and I-80 so you can hear some noise. I’d stop there again.

First of all the first room that we went into they had two completely different beds. One of them was so hard and thin like a rock and we both have health conditions so we had to be changed into another room and then the next room the ceiling look like it had leaked all over the place with big old spots and it’s just really nasty Hotel

It was absolutely delightful! The lobby is lovely as well as our room. Super comfy bed. So clean! It's the most welcoming place for dogs we've been to. They had a welcome bag for our pooch at check in and also poop bags available. We'll definitely be back anytime we're in Cheyenne!
