We had a great experience at the Tru in Cheyenne, WY. Check-in was quick and the room was spotless. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again!

The rooms are small and lack basic amenities like a microwave. There is no coffee maker in the rooms and no real table to sit at. The floors are all hard surfaces- cold. Will not stay at one of these again.

Didn’t use any of the laundry, exercises equipment, but the pool water was cold but area was clean. On our second morning I went for breakfast and noticed tiny bugs crawling near the food and I lost my appetite to eat, so I went for coffee and then I seen them crawling by the coffee station crawling on lids and counter tops. And I need my coffee ☕️ 😩, staff was very nice cleaning ladies supplied us with new towels. We had a room near the elevator and we slept well Didn’t noticed to much noise.
