We had a lovely stay at the Crowne! Beds were so comfy and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was fantastic way to start the day and the pool was great to unwind at the end of your day - even better thay children could not access it after 6 pm! Close to shops and touristy bits and a great starting point to go a take excursions out of the city.

The executive lounge had a limited selection of snacks. The hot stacks were cold and one of the 3 choices was burnt and bitter tasting.no-one asked how our stay was and some staff didn't seem knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and quiet. Value for money and we would stay again if visiting Stratford

Great family room, large with super king bed and two double sofa beds for the kids. Big TV plenty of coffee and tea and biscuits something other hotel chains skimp on these days. Lovely hotel, good price, right in the centre and parking (extra cost when checking in). Great breakfast selection and bar which isn’t over priced. The only downside is the water pressure, could have been just a one off thing but the shower was barely a trickle and the tap too, the toilet also didn’t flush well.

Lovely hotel. But! we had a few issues with our room. Firstly the TV wasn’t working , had to send a maintenance man to fix it. But it was sorted quickly. The air conditioning/ heating unit was so noisy , think it must need a service it kept us awake during the night. The shower control was very stiff to turn so difficult to adjust temperature, I had a Luke warm shower as the control just wouldn’t turn fully. Shame because it’s a lovely hotel in a perfect spot
