Love this Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel many times and its always a pleasure to return. Staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and oooh so comfortable especially the super large beds and comfy pillows. Breakfast is unbelievable, something for all tastes and the garden just gets better. Just one small thing, a non slip mat in bath would be appreciated especially for the not so young of us. Will be back again, God willing.

We had a basic double, the room itself was a good size, clean and comfortable bed, bathroom rather small but to be expected perhaps being a basic room. Staff were ever pleasant and helpful. Lovely modern hotel and good outdoor space for drinks etc.

We had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. Alain and Anna at the front desk went above and beyond—so welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and just a stone’s throw from everything in town. The breakfast was AMAZING. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect for its closeness to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and town centre. Good swimming pool. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Very comfortable hotel and helpful staff.

I booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend away with my partner and we had exactly that. The staff were so friendly and the food both for breakfast and dinner was delicious! The outside boasts a beautiful garden and we made good use of the club lounge which had plenty of soft drinks and wine to enjoy. What made the weekend the most special was meeting Catalina from the spa area who topped off the relaxation with a Swedish Massage for my partner and a foot massage for me. She was so good and professional that my partner booked again the next day! I am not sure people know about her services because I only found out by ringing up before our stay asking if there was a massage therapist and was directed to this //www.purebycatalina.co.uk Katie on reception in the spa was also so helpful and friendly. The only recommendation I have is for the deck chairs outside to be folded up to avoid the bird poo ruining them!
