Friendly staff, very clean and the bed was great. We had the king deluxe room. I’ve never stayed in a big fancy hotel like that before so it was a little overwhelming but I got through it. Would stay there again if I ever came back to the area.

We have a lovely stay at the Omni New Haven. The room was clean and quiet with a super comfy bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are visiting Yale, it's right on the campus. Very walkable!

The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms could use a refresh to be sure, however, the staff, location and amenities make up for it. Attached parking with valet option. Very generous social hour offerings (wine/cheese, donuts etc). The staff goes above and beyond. Easy walk to Yale, all the downtown restaurants and THE SHUBERT!!
