The place is well located with several restaurants. The room was clean, beds comfortable. The main drawback was the young lady at the desk for check in. She wasn't smiling and seemed bored by us. We are used to English but she spoke very fast without articulating, making no efforts even when we asked her to repeat. It was annoying. Fortunately, the lady at the desk for checkout was really nice and welcoming.

Decent area within walking distance to stores and places to eat. What really surprised me was the lack of comforter or bedspread on the beds. There was a thin (think towel consistency) "blanket". Thankfully, I was a on a backpacking/camping trip so I had a quilt with me.
