We’ve stayed here a couple of times before & have always been happy with everything. Our room was very clean, air conditioner great & definitely kept the room lovely & cool. Parking was secure, right outside our door. I would stay there again. There was only one clothes hanger in our wardrobe so I would have liked a few more & a full sized ironing board as it was very difficult ironing the clothes on the benchtop one supplied. The Ashwood is across the road from Gosford RSL so is very convenient for an evening meal.

The room was clean but the smell in the room was rather unpleasant, like stagnant and old. I had no interaction with the staff other than to be given the key to the room she was polite. On leaving I just deposited the key into a hole in the window.

Room was clean & tidy. On checking out, we had left a phone charger behind. Got a phone call just after we'd left to let us know, so hadn't gone to far to return to pick it up. Great service.

Great location and very reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and pillows. Downside is that the rooms are dated, power points in odd places and toilet was leaking slightly which made the bathroom floor wet. Pealing paint on doors and architraves. All up though a pleasant stay at a budget price.

We will not be back again. Beds were uncofortable and aircon lt Took a very long time to warm up. Toilet seat was loose and the unit was very small. Parking and acces to the unit was not easy
