Check in was late, 320pm, and kind of frustrating being the lasts ones getting a room out of a ton of sports families. Internet didnt connect for a lot of people. Otherwise pretty decent place, besides the renovation aspect

I stayed for a single night. The room was super nice and the staff was amazing in the morning. The hotel is undergoing some renovation work, which made the breakfast place much better but on the other hand forces you to use the back entrance, where there is not a lot of parking space and you end up having to walk outside. Not great in the winter.

Was a mediocre experience. Work is underway at the hotel so expected challenges, however there were constant issues with the elevators not working that resulted in waiting for sometimes

Hotel is under renovations, but we were in a newly renovated suite on the 8th floor and it was beautiful.

The hotel is currently under renovations, so I'm probably going a little easy on them. The TLDR is that it's fine, and the renovations will be nice once completed, but given the current progress, charging full price is atrocious. The main entrance is closed for the renovations, so you're directed to the back of the building, where half the lot is filled with storage containers, and wasn't plowed all that well. Parking was a nightmare. The room itself was fine: A standard two bed room with a small kitchenette included. Only having two of every dish and cutlery was inconvenient traveling as a family. The only real complaint is that it was INCREDIBLY noisy. The hotel was fully booked with several different sports organizations (read: a ton of kids), and you could hear children running and playing in the halls from different floors. The included breakfast was good. It had all the staples of a standard continental breakfast, and a nice added touch of two commercial Keurig machines that gave the option of lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate. The dining room was nice, spacious and clean, and had a bonus lounge area where you could just sit and chat. The pool is small, got crowded quite quickly and stayed that way. The amount of chlorine used was excessive. It was so strong that it burned your eyes even if you were just sitting on the pool deck. Goggles solved that for the kids though. Overall, the hotel was fine, but I definitely didn't find it justified the price.

I frequently stay in hotels and was so pleased with the renovations at this hotel. Our room was very nice. Looking forward to going back. Even the free breakfast was a delight with healthy and numerous gluten free options.

The staff were excellent, that was their saving grace. First, not enough parking when its full. How can you not have enough parking for the amount of rooms you have. Second, it was SO loud. There were a tone of hockey teams which is not their fault, however, they put me in the middle of the hockey rooms and so I heard parents partying in the hallways all night. Eventually in the middle of the night i called down to move rooms and they moved me up two levels where it was quiet. The lovely man at the front desk just met me at the room door so I didn't have to walk down 8 flights (elevators were broken) but they should just have a policy where you place none team guests on a floor with no teams. It was unfortunate watching my 8 year old daughter at 1030pm at night in her pajamas walking up two flights of stairs. Bed comfortable. Paper thin calls.

There are no handicapped parking spaces near the main entrance of the hotel. The suite could have been more spacious. Not enough room between the bed and the kitchen area. There was a full kitchen but no table to sit and eat your meals. The laundry room was very convenient.
