Your facility was clean and our room was perfect. Check in and check out were great. Breakfast was good. And the eating area was well kept. The lady who cleaned and replenished the food was not very approachable.This morning 12/28/25, by 8:30 no yogurt and no grits or oatmeal. When my husband asked the lady. She stated she could not replenish. I realize this is not an easy job but a smile and willingness to help. And the breakfast helper is the person that everyone comes in contact with.

The first room they gave us the room key won’t work. Next room I pulled the covers down and there was a cockroach on the bed. They did move us to another room but they weren’t too concerned about the bug. Our last night I opened the shower door and there was also a cockroach. I will not be staying at that hotel again
