The room was nice and clean, the staff was great, but the hotel was extremely noisy. The floors are wood tile and there is no insulation. The people avove me were very loud, not their fault.

Room was clean and modern. We had a King sized bed that was awesome. There were 4 small pillows and that was disappointing. A bed needs large pillows. A King sized bed needs Extra Large pillows.

That’s in the lobby there’s a sign that states 100% smoke free facility. There entire facility reeks of cigarette smoke. There’s another sign outside the entry door that states No Smoking within in 25 feet of this door employees were smoking on the entry steps.

The beds were uncomfortable but clean. The room was clean. The lobby was darkly lit and they have cats inside the lobby. With dander allergies it was less than appealing

Extremely dirty used condoms in the room and when my nephew complained they did give him a different room but made them leave the next day even though I had paid for 2 nights. Terrible I do not recommend this place.
