We were given a room that ended up having no heat and no working WiFi!!! Apparently it was a known fact to the hotel desk clerk but she had forgotten. We had to move to a different room after already getting settled in. We tried three different calls to management who tried to deal with the owner who obviously showed no compassion or care because we never did hear back. Would not recommend staying in a place who shows little regard to its customers.

The room was very clean, and I was able to check in at 11:30am without a extra charge, which I was super greatful for due to being stuck at work for 4 days and I was exhausted. My tv wouldn’t work, called front desk and they tried to fix it. Once unable to fix, I was moved to a new room with the help of an awesome gentleman. Great staff, excellent service!
