Room 309 was a nice size but came with a lousy view. Folks at the front desk and valet were helpful and friendly. We were there for 2 nights and did not receive house keeping services. Walkable to King street restaurants and shops. Valet parking is $35 per day/night.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with hot foods that varied each day along with fresh fruit and other cold food items. The managers reception was also very nice.
