The facilities are okay. However, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the soundproofing is terrible — I spent the entire night hearing the room next door — and at breakfast the milk was sour and the pancake machine was broken.

The rooms are always clean and well appointed...they are larger than the standard hotel room and are very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to meet the needs of the guests and insures a safe and pleasant stay.

Rooms need sever maintenance. It was staying in a low budget Vegas motel. People partying on the balconies drinking and and smoking, playing loud music. It felt unsafe. Cigarette butts all over the balcony and stairs. I would not stay there again.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entire place reeked of smoke, even in the so-called non-smoking room. The walls were paper-thin—we heard people yelling and screaming all night in the next room, which made it impossible to sleep. The bathroom was filthy, covered in mold, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I honestly felt dirty just being there. My children and I were supposed to stay for two nights, but after one miserable night, I packed up and left. No family—especially with kids—should ever have to stay in a cesspool of germs like this. Management should be ashamed. Zero stars. Do not recommend.
