Some families received a welcome basket and some didn't. The room wasn't prepared for 5 people and we were supposed to be in the newly renovated hotel but were out the back. When we approached the front desk we were informed that the room we booked was not available :(

Hotel is in a great position in St Helier, check in was easy, the room was good however it was extremely hot, even with the window open as there was heat but no air con. Facilities were good, but in the Spa area the hot tub was not working nor the heated beds. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. ...
