It was nice that it accommodated large families. These days is very hard to find a place to accommodate our large family. They also handed out bottles of water which was nice! The staff was very helpful.
Although we had issues with our air conditioner, the floor tiles were loose, not crazy about the wallpaper. But in all it was good enough to enjoy new york.

"The communal areas were smart but rooms were tired and in need of an upgrade, particularly they need air conditioning especially those facing the road where it is very noisy if you need to keep the windows open. Whilst generally tidy/ clean the shower head badly needed descaling as it only worked ..."
