The staff are exceptional here. Big shout out to Alia on reception who explained everything great detail was very professional. I had travelled withiua plug charger and straight away she produced exactly what I wanted. Paolo in the dining room is extremely attentive without being obtrusive a real gem ! In fact all the staff right down to the breakfast staff were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble for tgem Apologies if I have spelt your names wrongly The hotel is very clean and fir the price exceptional 👌 well done everyone abd we'll be back.

I’m sure we would’ve enjoyed the Savoy except that y’all booked us on the wrong island. We are not off the coast of France or Spain. We’re in the Caribbean and we had to hustle to find a new room to stay for a couple of nights. We’re really sorry that our service from you was so bad thank you.

Would definitely come back, good value for money

Excellent stay with family, staff were all amazing particularly as we were travelling with my father in law that lost his wife 2 weeks prior to our trip. The rooms were of a great standard especially with our 17 yr old, we particularly liked the additional adjoining bedroom in the family which made the stay more comfortable. Good breakfast choices and standard.

Room well furnished and comfortable.Lovely breakfast staff friendly and understood gluten allergy.Good location for shops,bars and restaurants.Bathroom extras are not well placed, not easy reach from shower so slip hazard. Did not get early call requested, woke up by arrival of taxi so no time to properly check we had everything packed and a rush to get to airport.

A well appointed hotel and excellent service

The hotel was clean and well decorated. Plenty of lounge, function and dining areas. Food and drink were very good, plenty of choice but high end prices. Breakfast was included, tasty and plenty of it. Service throughout was excellent. Bed and room was comfortable. Mobility access might be a problem? There is an outdoor pool. Centre of town and beach was a good 15 minute walk. No local amenities that I noticed.
