For business, most floors are offices, no english

This is my third trip to China. This is a business hotel, not for travelers or tourists, front desk could not speak english, but they did try to be helpful. Only the top 4 or 5 floors are hotel starting at 24, the rest are offices. There is inaccurate information posted about amenaties for this hotel which are non-existant (no pool, no nothing). All room supplies, execpt TP, much be purchased. The room was so-so, not bad, but things are getting old, like most chineses beds it was hard. Internet connection was unavailable mostly so I had to go to an impressive NetBar next door. Location of this hotel is not accurate on website maps. The location is good because right now the main roads are tornup because of widespread subway construction where many of the hotels are located. Free breakfast is Chinese and not that great. They will chaching your credit card for cash not credit.
