Family Accommodations in Changi

The convenient location to the airport was excellent However late night arrival food options not at all good The fact that after our holiday we would be returning at 6am after a 17 hour flight from New York and departing at midnight attracts a one and a half day rate should we require the room to be available at 6am. This is quite ridiculous for an AIRPORT TRANSIT HOTEL.what exactly are we supposed to do between 6am snd3pm?????? We were advised that this is hotel policy. This may be the case when using an hotel for purposes other than transit. This ridiculous situation needs to be updated!

Great stay all round. Great service, shuttle bus very handy, super friendly helpful staff, two great pools. Surprised by an upgrade to a sea view which was much appreciated as we were on our honeymoon. Lovely neighbourhood. A lovely shift of pace from being in the city.

DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. Have just checked out after 4 hrs with a jack hammer going from 2am to 6am. There are construction works above below and around this hotel and they know about it because there is a notice in the room. It's a disgrace that they did not make this clear up front so we could have chosen to not sleep there. No refund no discount. Suggested we write to Changi Airport Corp and ask them for compensation. $200+ for Max 6hrs. Singapore is out of control for tourist accom costs and I've been coming here 4-5 times a year for last. 10 years
