There was so much noise for a place to sleep. I was woken by staff on multiple times working outside my room.

The toilets and the showers were very clean, a big thank you has to be said to the cleaning staff. But the bed rooms would be much better with wooden or tilled floors instead of carpet. For a humid country like Singapore πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬ ( Great country by the way) carpeted floors are a big No No in my humble opinion.
