Poor review due to any problem
The service at this hotel is great. Everyone that works here was very helpful however the hotel has an ant problem. The first room we didn't notice them when we got in at night and were out all day. In the evening there were little tiny ants all over the desk and window area. The hotel was very accommodating and moved us rooms unfortunately this room also had some ants. They put us in a 3rd room which we still found a couple of ants in the bathroom and windowsill - which makes me wonder how many were unseen in the carpet. However it was late and we had an early flight. I couldn't recommend this hotel due to the ants. The people that work here are wonderful. They tried their best to get us a clean room. The pool was great.

Slightly older hotel, close as the crow flies to the airport but actually a 10 km taxi/ Grab away. Both pools are nice, gym is very good, dining options along the street and in the hawker centre excellent.

This hotel looks really nice from the lobby. However, it disappointed for the price. I paid 170.00 US for which I did expect something better. They upgraded me to a suite as the hotel was full, but there was nothing to make coffee or tea. The building is rather run down. I went to the roof deck for a glass of wine, it was served warm and the main dining room in the lobby was closed the entire time I was there. The woman at the front desk was nice, and called me a 6 a.m. taxi, but that is the best I can say for the place. I chose it as a nice hotel near the airport for my one night stay. I would not do so again.

Needs a coat of paint - this hotel was cheap though it calls itself an airport hotel it was 25 mns by shuttle away - it didn’t seem a great area - though I could be mistaken / just seemed like it needed a little tlc - shuttle was fine though not terribly frequent - about every 70 mns

Disappointed with airport transfer offer
The hotel, via hotels.com, claims to offer complimentary airport transfers, which is true. But it is limited and infrequent. That was one of the key points that persuaded me to book. But I didn't get to use at all as the timing wasn't suitable. If I had known of the timings, I may have tried to time by flight departure/arrival times too. Hotels.com should display the bus schedule for everyone to see, prior to the booking of the hotel.

We checked in late at midnight our flight was delayed came to the hotel …got room and had the last end of the building. Saw few ants 🐜 in the morning around 5am …we called the front desk for any bottle of water for purchase they said nothing to purchase have to walk outside to 711 to purchase any soft drinks or water . Front desk told my husband to drink bathroom tap water …disgusting no filter water and no water to purchase seriously very poor service and we had 1 night stay because we we’re transit to San Francisco in the morning at 6am .we spent 4hrs of sleep with very horrible service experience. Came to front desk ask for taxi he said few mins and went to talk with taxi driver for commission. I had their conversation the taxi driver drove us 5mins and did u turn saying a tree fell in the fastest road . I did my google map and it didn’t show any red or traffic ahead . He just wanted his meter to run to charge us more money …I had to tell him to do my GPS in order for us not to be late at the checkin counter …it took him 30mins to drop us …where it was suppose to be atleast 15 to 20mins drive to the airport because it was Saturday and no traffic…it was the hotel taxi the front desk guy called and not friendly service. My first time to Singapore was a horrible night . I need someone to look at the hotel for cleanness and provide bottle of water for purchase atleast for customers . Otherwise we will die in thirst in the hotel …I think I need my refund back to make me happ

Great location for a quick overnight transit. They have a shuttle but it only stops at T1/T3. However, Grab car is a convenient option with prices ranging in the S$20-30 range. Lots of eating places close by (definitely walkable). Close to Changi Beach foe those who enjoy some fresh air and good views of planes arriving into Changi. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout. They do have a bfast buffet as well as a full restaurant onsite as well.
