In a little cobbled street behind the chateau Cesseras, this typical old stone house has been remodeled around a south facing terrace on the first floor. 3 independent bedrooms, bathroom and independent toilet. The kitchen/dining room opens out onto the terrace and the lounge has windows onto the terrace also. Gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs. This spacious secluded house has all you need. Canal du midi, Carcassonne, Minerve easily accessible.The plus, you are in a quiet village, beautiful unspoilt countryside. That's why I came here many, many years ago.
