Tidy and well-priced. Two shortcomings: the A/C outlet in the bathroom was not functional, so the hair dryer could not be used. Also, we discovered two creepy crawlies in the bathroom on our second night!

Find a different place!

I did not get any sleep due to someone trying to get in my room, bedding was dirty and stained. It was so bad, I did not stay the 2nd night! I tried to call and talk to a manager and when I said I would like to talk to someone about my stay, they hung up on me. Not once but twice! This is a place that does not care about providing a safe and clean place to stay when you travel.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful, she cared about our family (we have 2 babies) and was really lovely. Rooms are ok for the price but we felt a slight mold smell and the floor was also not so clean (specially under the bed we had to move it to the wall as for the babies). Bathroom was well cleaned, everything was working as expected. Breakfast was also ok, aligned with the price.

Fine Travelodge

Good location and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, but very high. One of us could have used a stool. Desk chair - the only chair in the room - was in poor condition and not built to support larger people. This should be improved upon. A second chair in the room to sit on, if there's space, would be appreciated. There seemed to be a bit of dirty buildup in the corners of the bathroom floor; otherwise, the floor and remainder of the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The reservation was not found, the room was noisy with a toilet that ran all night and a heat unit that sounded like a jet plene on take off. There was no attempt to clear snow from the entrance/exit doors or parking areas. The "breakfast" was sparce at best.

The hotel has no elevator, and the front door to the hotel was locked (safety concerns?) which leads to a safety concerns if there was a fire. The room smelled of a strong odor of marijuana, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the a/c /heater sounded like it was going to fall off the wall every time it turned off. At 7am (breakfast is 6am-9am), I walked downstairs to the small lobby to get breakfast. They had coffee and apple juice. They had cereal, but no milk, and NOTHING else. There was no staff either to ask. I searched through the drawers but there was nothing but some styrofoam cups and plastic ware. Nothing to eat or snack on but a note that says to “limit 2 eggs per person” sign, on a locked small refrigerator. Around 7:30am the following morning, the cleaning staff was extremely loud using vulgar curse words complaining about her cleaning supplies and how her vacuum wasn’t working. It was so loud, it sounded like they were in my room, that I even chained my door. I decided NOT to stay my second night, as I didn’t feel safe or comfortable. I will say that I did call ahead of time and asked for an early check-in, but had to call back to see if I could. They did accommodate that request.
