Loved the Mountain View from the parking lot, great staff, helpful, great breakfast (went just about everyday, last day didn’t due to leaving really early), hotel is nice and clean. Will definitely come back if we ever return to Colorado

first morning there seemed to be short staff situation and when I went down for breakfast at the scheduled time, it wasn't even close to being ready. The lady who appeared to be working the desk and kitchen was walking around holding her stomach like she was sick and groaning. the rest of our stay breakfast was very good.

Decent hotel close to things we wanted to do. Breakfast was very good and continuously restocked with plenty of offerings to make everyone happy. Room is only cleaned if requested, which we did once during our stay. We received fresh towels and the beds were made, but trash wasn't removed. Also, if your room is on the second floor next to the elevator, be prepared for extra noise, especially from the game room where the kiddos love to run amok even before it's officially open in the morning. Overall, we were comfortable and would stay there again.

We stayed at this property four years ago and had a wonderful experience! However, in the years since, they have removed the closets from the room along with dressers. We stayed five nights and not once did the maids visit our room. We had to go to the front desk daily to get fresh towels, plus the room keys kept having to be renewed every single day, which was frustrating.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - not great but not bad either. Great location very close to Pike's Peak and everything Manitou Springs has to offer.

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in!

This is the noisiest hotel I have EVER stayed in. The doors in this hotel do not close slowly so every single door slams shut (stuff in my room - like my bed and mirror shake when other doors slam) and the walls are also paper thin. You can hear people walking in their room above you, actual conversations from multiple rooms around and above you, the person snoring in the next room. I would say it quiets down between 1am and 4am and then the doors start slamming again. We also booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub doesn’t work. It was hot but the jets didn’t work. I decided this hotel because of the 8.8 rating. The room was clean but smelled very musty. The refrigerator was a struggle to open and close, the bath tub didn’t drain, and the noise from the slamming doors was ridiculous. If this is a 8.8 in Manitou Springs - Yikes! Overall, very disappointed in hotels.com and Days Inn.
