We did not get to check in until around 4:30 We had come from out of town for our daughters wedding and had been up since 5am

We were given keys that were to the wrong room number and then given the wrong directions by front desk staff. It took about an hour to find the room then we had to hunt down a microwave.

The staff at check in and out were not helpful at all. It was my first experience in the resort and felt completely lost. Nothing was explained during check in at all. Itā€™s not even close to the experiences I have had in many other resorts.
