Purchased 2 rooms for one night. One room had a deodorizer machine sitting on the dresser. I think they forgot about it. Was smelly like smoke and I didn’t feel like it was clean. Bad location. Loud.

Did a 4 night stay with hotel.com got to hotel to check in lady at desk said something got messed up ur going to have to check out on 3rd night cause we’re sold out than check back in on your last day. So I made them refund my money went to another hotel for rest of stay. They asked if I wanted room service I said yes came back after work room wasn’t clean. Black out blinds were broken asked to be fixed there were not.will not stay there anymore

Large rooms and a nice big breakfast area, but the pool was cold and couldn’t be used. Appears to be in an unsafe neighborhood close to a train tracks and we were woken more than once overnight by the train whistles and sound of the trains travelling by.

First time at this hotel. Excellent in cleanliness. Only a 4 review because it lacked some bathroom supplies that the La Quinta we stayed at the night before. Front staff could be more welcoming. Loved that they took dogs with no fee.
