Reserved room with 2 queens. I received a call at 3pm on day of check-in and stated that a room with 2 queens was not available, but offered a room with a King and pull our sofa. Upon arrival, at about 5pm, I was told there was another change and the only thing that could be provided was a king with fold up beds. I needed bedding for four people to sleep. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. Getting a call the afternoon that I was supposed to check-in is not satisfactory. In fact, it's very unsatisfactory. A sofa bed or two fold up beds are not equivalent to a queen bed. But I was informed so late, I had no other choice. There were no other options available at that point. The staff was kind and did their best so I can't fault them at all. I blame the management for putting the staff in that situation. I will not be booking with hotel again.
