Rooms are dated and have plumbing issues, water won't drain from the basin and shower head was broken, spilling water everywhere. The issue wasn't resolved during our stay of 4 nights.

What an experience we have had. Specifically when compared with other hotels. We have had executive room looking at ocean and with wide balcony and private area. Got best of the better room.
