Very clean and safe to stay except the housekeeping person, I put a dont disturb card out to my door but she still knocking on my door. I check in after midnight coz’ Im traveling and planning to have some sleep till 10 am but the housekeeping keep knocking on my door before 9 am and Im stell in bed. She’s working with her kids and they yelling in the corridor. I always staying in Quality inn, anywhere I go in 50 states, just only sometimes have small complain to housekeeping people..

I was super disappointed with this property. The staff, although nice, was not genuine and were stingy. For example, we had a family of four, and only 3 towel sets were in the bathroom. When asking for another set, they asked why, and that I should return a set for me to receive a set. It was resolved by explaining my situation, but should I have had to explain myself in this situation? This place is off....

They stated the rooms had queen size beds when in fact they were full size beds. Many items in the room were broken or not working. Room keys wouldn't work half the time. We could hear everything going on around. Will not be staying here again.

This property should not be associated with Quality. The a/c clanked as it operated, there was a light falling out of the wall, there was trash in the bathroom sink drain, cob webs were hanging from the bathroom ceiling and wall, the walls were dirty… It was a terrible facility. We were supposed to stay two nights but we left early and didn’t spend the second night there. I have photos showing the issues I have commented about. Truly terrible.

I checked in on Thursday and I had to get my card reactivated several times for my room and my other 2 rooms had to reactivate their cards to get into their rooms too. We couldn’t get in the pool later in the evening because their were wires sticking out the doors so no one could get in

This is a very old property and not well maintained. There is an inch and a half gap under the door. The pool was so cold and not very clean. The hot tub was even worse. The food was terrible. We checked out a day early because it was so bad. I want a refund for the second day!
