The property was beautiful and conveniently located between the two national parks we wanted to visit. The food was great and had plenty of options and the staff was so kind! The only complaint is the bed was very hard so it wasn’t easy to get a good night sleep.

We were there off season, so the price was great. We loved the bar/restaurant and the service provided there. The layout of the second floor was weird with a staircase in the middle of the hallway. How do you maneuver a cart full of luggage up and down a staircase? Kevin at the front desk was very helpful in unloading the cart and helping us get the luggage in our rooms. Every staff member was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The location and scenery at Cedar Breaks were breathtaking.

I had called to cancel my reservation due to us not able to enter the incline of the road due to snow. The gentlemen stated i was to contact expedia to gain my refund. I contacted again an was told the conditions i canceled for i was unable to gain my refund.That is not kool an i wont rebook nor tell others to book here. I was looking forward to staying at the lodge but I wasn’t impressed. Only stayed one night. Bed and pillows were lumpy, no hand soap in the bathrooms, floor needed vacuuming, there was sticky something on the tv stand. I needed an extra blanket at night but there wasn’t one in the closet and I couldn’t ring the front desk since they closed between midnight and 6 am. I’m hoping this was a fluke and that normally they don’t have these issues, but I don’t know if I’ll be choosing to stay there again.

The Brian Head Lodge was so amazing! I'm very glad we stumbled upon it. We had dinner and breakfast on site--both were delicious. Breakfast was what we had been craving for days, but couldn't get anywhere else! The parking is not bad. There seemed to be lots of spaces. Our room was beautiful! Very large, very well-appointed, very comfortable. The chat feature is the best. You ask a question and someone answers---quickly!
