We stayed three days and it was quite comfortable and cozy. Our only problem was eating. Not many restaurants available in area. Kind of an off season for them. There was a hotel restaurant but was not the greatest food. A lot of over cooking. But we loved the Greek salad lots of feta and olives.

Beautiful lodge that had great decor and comfortable accommodations. Our room had a living area with a fireplace. It was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the nice breakfast for $10 as well.

Check-in was 4PM. I called at 10:45AM to see if we could check in early. They said we could come around 2PM. We arrived at 2 PM. They said they had nothing yet. Come back at 3:00. We arrived back at 3:15. They said to check back at 4 PM and possibly our room would be ready. No offer of alternate room. BTW the place was empty! Front desk attendants appeared to be going out of their way to be difficult. We left and never checked in.

When tv wasn’t working, they came & got us another tv late at night. My only thing I didn’t like was the bed. It had a hump in the middle.

We were unable to eat, the food was terrible. Two breakfasts absolutely no good. Biscuits and gravy, biscuits frozen gravy cold and phony sausage. Denver omelet, discusting grease and home fry's burt and crunchy. When i complained the second day we were asked to leave. So sad!

This hotel has the most unprofessional staff and management I have ever experienced. They are rude and completely unresponsive. If you have an issue with your stay good luck getting a hold of someone cause no one is ever there and when they are there they will do anything to avoid you. I am talking about you Emily and Brianna. I am still waiting on a phone call and refund from either of you. Don't even get me started on the amenities, it is complete false advertisement because they either are non existent or don’t work. No working sauna, no working fireplaces, and no fitness center are only a few examples of this. There is also a broken glass window at the end of the hallway on the floor that I stayed on, which is EXTREMELY concerning, especially considering the fact that management is aware of it and unwilling to do anything about it. It is such a shame because I wanted to give Brians Head Lodge the benefit of the doubt but it really was a terrible establishment and completely run down. I didn’t want to have to take things to this level but they left me no choice. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here.

Our second stay here and we were looking forward to it. Quite disappointed this time as the best had hairs all over. Very dark hairs under the covers. As we liked the hotel we asked for some clean bedding and had to make the bed ourself. I think considering we had to make our own bed I would want some sort of compensation but other then that the building is lovely.

We stayed in the king bed with fireplace suite. It had two chairs set in front of the fire and television which gave us plenty of room to sit. The staff was friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but the hours when we stayed were just for dinner, which didn’t work for our schedule.
