The home is heated via radiant heating and cooled via solar mass. Secluded and surrounded by trees, you will find all sorts of trails to explore nearby. Lots of outdoor recreation nearby including mountain biking in Zion National Park, skiing/snowboarding at Brian Head, Hiking in Cedar Breaks Monument, exploring St.George, and many, many more! Only 20 minutes from the Shakespearean Festival, and SUU! Enjoy nature from your doorstep. Deer, squirrels, and birds of all kinds routinely visit. Home is set on almost 3 full private acres to roam.
