The staff was incredible. Very attentive and friendly in the front of the house, and very clean and attentive in the back of the house. The stars lost are just because the hotel is older and more rundown than I've experienced from Holiday Inn. Definitely a need to update/remodel.

Found a large cockroach in the room one night and another different kind of roach on the ceiling another day. Mostly quiet but our room was right next to the elevator so we heard every single person leaving in the morning. Also housekeeping began knocking on doors around 9:30am even though checkout time was 11:00.
