Absolutely perfect

The photos for the property don’t do it justice. The house was immaculate - clean, beautifully appointed and had everything you needed and more. The set up was perfect for our family and enabled privacy for my partner and I and seperate area for the kids to be able to enjoy themselves. The pool, pool table, ping pong, darts and gym all added to our amazing stay. Matt was an excellent host. He kept in touch, answered our questions and helped us extend our stay. The place is brilliant and we would definitely go back again.

Our group of 6 adults and 2 children stayed in this wonderful house. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. In fact we planned on going out for dinner a few times but were so comfortable we stayed in and cooked. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Our host Matt was very amenable.

Perfect family getaway

Such a good location with easy access to batemans bay. Lots of clubs around for good meals. The house has pleanty to do for a long stay. Pool was warm. House was very clean and roomy. Kids were more than happy and didnt want to leave. Kitchen had everything. Only thing missing was a lighter for the firepit. Loved it! Would stay again
