My stay at Tropic Nook started on a bad note because the address was not properly displayed on Expedia. After few call, I reached Donna who quickly found solutions. It turns out I was her first guest to book through Expedia. When I got there, I could feel Donna was genuinely sorry. She left a thoughtful excuse note under my room’s door. That’s when I felt my stay was about to be special. Donna cares about her guests in the most beautiful way. More than making sure the stay at her place was great, she was extremely helpful in helping navigate St Lucia. Donna could have been an excellent tourist guide. She has the great ability we to truly listen and suggest places and activities. Her area in Trouya is near Rodney Bay and has some interesting beaches at walking distance. I am forever grateful to have crossed Donna who also happens to have such an interesting perspective on St Lucian culture and society! Greatly recommended!
