Overall, it is not too bad, but there are still some issues, which I communicated with the hotel as they requested before submitting this review, but they didn’t reply me for a week - what is the point for the hotel to ask me to give a very high score and communicate with them if there is any issue without even reply to me. Very disappointed. Firstly, I encountered an issue with the water pressure in the sink. The flow was extremely low, making it difficult to use effectively. Additionally, I found that the hot and cold water could not be mixed properly, which further complicated things. Secondly, I noticed that complimentary bottled water, which was previously provided daily during my stays, was no longer available.

Great service, great views, great stay

Room had amazing view into Carrow Road (Norwich City grounds), was really comfortable and was close to a small shopping centre with several choices. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, best buffet style I've had in a while with it all tasting perfectly cooked and fresh. Not too far from city centre by car/taxi but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Check in very efficient, staff on reception very friendly and helpful . Breakfast is self service, everything constantly been replenished. Would definitely not hesitate to stay again

Stayed for one night for a quick visit to Norwich and nearby Wroxham. Chose a room with a pitch view as travelling with a big football fan. View was great but a shame the outside of the window was so dirty as it spoiled it slightly. Rest of the room was fairly standard, some black mould in the bathroom that needs attention. Location was fine, approx a 20min walk to Norwich Cathedral. Parking was an additional charge but no problem finding a space (might be harder on match days).
