From no parking - or parking lines that are too narrow to accomodate our small compact car - to an old spring mattress , not enough blankets, and a bathroom that the walls were black from dirty hands and the back of the door was filthy.... And the front door was always locked morning and night. No one told us at check in there was after hours entrance where our card would work. Staff se med annoyed when we knocked to be let in. Not to mention that the roof was being replaced and work went on throughout the weekend from 8-5pm.... It was a place to catch a short sleep but we won't be booking again .

We visited for my partner's birthday and I requested a note that said "Happy 30th" and the hotel staff left a beautoful note, a box of chocolate and bottle of wine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and cozy. The Whitewater shuttle picks you up from the hotel, it was convenient and we will be staying there again.
