This property is horrible. Has no front desk, have to enter through a hot garage and back elevator. No amenities (tissue, towels, etc) in the room. I didn't sleep in the room because of the large gaps around the patio door. I stopped by one evening after the beach to rinse off and they had rented my room to another family. Eventhough i had paid for the room. Do not rent from these guys...

This is a clean, comfortable apartment in a great location in Bocagrande, only steps to the beautiful beaches and 2 miles from the Historico walled city. Dioris, our host, was very good communicating with us and was very quick to deal with and correct a couple of concerns. He is intent on improving his apartment so was very open to our suggestions. (Dishwasher in listing should be clothes washer and there are two bathrooms.)
