This is a 1970s-era hotel in the heart of Carson City's Historic District. It has a 1970s feel in the best of ways. Though the carpet in one of the hallways is ripe for replacement and the decor is dated, I felt right at home. The staff is eminently friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are soft, and the complimentary continental breakfast is ready promptly at 6am each morning. For the price, the Hardman House Inn & Suites is a gem. I will stay here again next time I roll through town.

The best part of the room was a very comfortable bed. The entire hotel needs renovation. Couldn’t make the A/C work and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Several families near us with children running in the hallway until around 10:30 at night. Not a place we will return to.
