Wonderful house, very spacious and clean and stocked with towels. Conveniently located to skiing and hot springs and grocery shopping. Rental manager provided easy check in instructions and responded quickly to our questions. We had two families staying and there was plenty of space for everyone. Views of the sunset were incredible. We highly recommend this house!

We (a group of 5 men from 36-66) stayed at Larkspur for a golf tournament in Carbondale. The location was great for us. The house was immaculate and very nice. Nicer than we anticipated. The level of detail to everything from how to run the dishwasher to how to operate the steam shower were available and clear. Really made for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were im regular communication and quick to response. As we left we were already talking about staying again next year!

This place is awesome!

We have done the Aspen thing several times and wanted something a little more quiet, peaceful, and nice yet still close enough to everything in the Valley. Boy, did we find it!! This house and Roger and Jennifer were awesome. The We were 10 minutes from Basalt, 15 from Carbondale, 20 from Glenwood Springs and 35 from Aspen. Centrally located and perfect for what we wanted! We stayed for 9 nights and loved every second. Breakfasts and dinners on the very comfortable back deck then walks through the community native area. We didn't want to come back home to Texas. The house itself is very nice, spacious, comfortable with GREAT views out of the back of the house. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will be back but the next stay will be longer.

Jen and Roger are the most wonderful hosts, and their home is absolutely spectacular! Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in their huge, well appointed home. Great location between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. The house is nice and suited our purposes perfectly. The community is great and well maintained. The community pool was a fantastic bonus. The Pampered Chef kitchen made cooking for a large group easy. The owners responded quickly to all inquiries and were great. Thanks for opening your house to us.

PERFECTION!

This house is truly beautiful! The location has spectacular open areas surrounding the homes in this area that include flawless valley views. The large rustic wood exterior promises and delivers a perfect house for a retreat type stay for multiply people. The house is mountain luxury while still being warm and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and had every single thing you could want or need in the kitchen. The hot tub having been cleaned and refilled the day of our arrival was a bonus. This home embodies expensive, well designed and decorated comfort. The location allowed us to enjoy the entire valley to include Carbondale, Basalt, Snowmass and Aspen. The process to rent this home was seemless and the owners were engaging, friendly and professional from the minute we booked the use of their home. A fantasic stay and experience and we will be back.

Serene Mountain Property

The home was large, comfortable and very well equipped. Our family of 8 had a great time there. We cooked meals in the spacious kitchen, enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and open space, and loved watching the deer in all the yards. Jennifer, the owner, stopped by to welcome us and could not have been more hospitable! We skiied at Snowmass while there and the location was not too far but so quiet and peaceful for us. I highly recommend this home to large groups wanting a relaxing, beautiful environment! Thank you!

Amazing stay

Everything about our experience here was incredible. Beyond beautiful home in the mountains. Clean with great accommodations. Roger and Jenn were very communicative and easy to deal with.
