Our vacation home is located near Capoterra in Su Spantu locality and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. It consists of 4 apartments (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor), which can simultaneously accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. It is possible to park for free directly in front of the house. On the ground floor of the villa is the entrance to the three upper apartments with a large living area of 50 square meters, available to all guests with a fireplace, air conditioner, sofa, TV with PS4 game console and board games. Other shared spaces are the 500-square-meter garden and the swimming pool (usable from May to September). Also shared are 2 bicycles and the barbecue. Apartment 1, for 4 people, has, upstairs, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, Disney TV +, air conditioner; private bathroom with towel warmer; kitchen with table, sofa. The apartment is equipped with a safe, WLAN, washing machine, sea umbrella. Possible excursions: Cagliari, reachable by car in 17 minutes; Pula and Nora, in 13 and 15 minutes; the fantastic beaches of Chia and Tuerredda in 31 and 36 minutes. Pets are allowed on request. A pharmacy, supermarket, and some sports facilities (padel, tennis) are in the immediate vicinity. Pizzerias and restaurants within 1km. Please understand that we do not accept parties in our house.
