The property is very spacious, well appointed and in a prime location. V&A Waterfront is in walking distance and there are grocery stores and coffee shops and restaurants just steps away. The hosts were very responsive and flexible.

Excelente estada em Green Point

A localização ao imóvel é ótima, com várias facilidades próximas, como por exemplo restaurantes e mercados. Entretanto, encontramos o apartamento com talheres e louças incompletos, móveis quebrados (um banco estava com a perna quebrada e o estendedor de roupas também estava quebrado). Apesar de o conserto ter sido providenciado, nota-se que a manutenção do imóvel é incompleta. Também sentimos falta de material de limpeza, como produtos de limpeza e até sacos de lixo em quantidade insuficiente.
